The spindle adopts the three points support, front end and the middle using four columns of high precision angular contact ball bearings, bearing’s inner diameter is Ø100mm, the back-end using dual high precision angular contact ball bearing, the spindle with high rigidity and high precision spindle gain.

Main motor is located in the center of the spindle box, that makes symmetrical force, symmetrical of thermal deformation, and good thermal stability.
Spindle can choose the constant temperature oil coolant system: in order to improve the machining accuracy, the outer sleeve of the spindle adopts the external cooling pump to circulate the cooling oil automatically.
